DISTRIBUTION CHANNELS:
The Sales and Marketing policies of SCC are entirely focusing on providing its clients
high quality products and after sales services through four distribution channels:
Wholesale, Project Sales, Company’s own Showrooms and Export sales.
Wholesale:
This channel sells products to Wholesalers and Retailers in Saudi Arabia. SCC provides
them excellent services that are designed to assist them in promoting the products.
These include advertising support, POP materials, showroom designing, showroom sign
boards, attractive trade incentives, promotional materials, product display tools,
etc.
Showrooms:
SCC owns and operates 26 showrooms in all the major cities of Saudi Arabia. These
showrooms are devoted to serve the end consumers with a wide range of specialized
products and services.
These include, excellent product displays for convenient
and easier selection, complementary products and accessories, free project design,
spare parts, product returns and replacements, free delivery within the Kingdom
etc. Since these showrooms are connected to the factories and warehouses online,
the customer gets up-to-date information about the availability and delivery of
the products.
Project Sales:
This channel takes care of major government and private projects in the Kingdom.
It provides project owners, architects, interior designers and contractors with
special products and services that are designed to meet their creative desires and
architectural requirements. SCC has supplied many landmark projects in the Kingdom
over the past years.
Export Sales:
The Export Department handles all international sales and is well structured to
respond entirely to the needs and demands of its customers and provides them unique
services.
